Whether you drive an electric (shared) car or have solar panels on your roof, these small steps contribute to big social changes. These very changes are crucial to the People’s Power Plant movement.
As you may already know, we previously issued bonds for the People’s Power Plant. With the wonderful amount raised, steps have already been made. For example, more and more charging stations have been installed at fixed locations in Utrecht. And these ensure that shared cars are charged when it is greenest (read: cheapest). In order to develop even further, we have reopened our Good Sharing Bond.
We make investing in The Sharing Group accessible to everyone. That is why the price per bond is €1 and you can participate from €100. Become a member of The Sharing Group to invest in our bond.
Invest in the Good Sharing Bond from The Sharing Group and receive 1 Sharepoint per €1 bond with a maximum of 1000 Sharepoints. Sharepoints will be based off your first transaction.
As a bondholder, you invest money and give a loan to a company, in this case to The Sharing Group. We pay you interest as a bondholder and redeem the bond in full in due time.
Investing is not without risk. It is important that you have the right knowledge. We advise you to read the prospectus and in particular the chapter on risk factors carefully before you decide to subscribe to the bonds.
After payment, you have 14 days to cancel free of charge. It is also good to know that you do not pay any management or closing costs. So there are no hidden costs, which we think is fair.
You can pay for the bonds via a normal iDEAL transfer. You will receive the payment confirmation by e-mail and you can find your bond overview in your personal member environment of The Sharing Group.
